Shipping
All items are clearly categorized and marked so you can see if you are ordering a DIGITAL or PHYSICAL product.
DIGITAL items will be delivered via EMAIL immediately after payment. You will receive download links for all digital purchases, then you will need to download your order within 7 days. Please note nothing will be mailed or shipped to you for digital purchases.
PHYSICAL items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of payment clearing. Orders are mailed to your Paypal address so please make sure to verify it is correct. If you need to expedite an order, feel free to contact me with details so we can calculate a suitable method of shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
DIGITAL purchases are non-refundable and may NOT be exchanged.
PHYSICAL purchases may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return shipping and I will refund/exchange your purchase when I receive the returned item back.
